Puffin class is a hybrid class. We learn through an informal manner with semi-formal aspirations. We follow the semi-formal curriculum map and lessons are planned to allow for lots of play and sensory learning.

The daily timetable has opportunity for different regulation activities including sensory circuits, sensory massage and relaxation time. 

We have a clear structure to the day with marker music and objects of reference to help guide us through our day.

Each half term we have a different story to base our learning around and allow for cross-curricular links, this leads to a wide variety of learning and experiences. 

In the Puffin classroom you'll hear lots of singing and plenty of laughter.
