Our Coral class Post 16 provision follows a Towards Independence curriculum, designed to support our young people develop the skills they need for adult life.

Learning is practical, meaningful and personalised, focusing on communication, functional literacy and numeracy, community access and social understanding. Pupils take part in real life experiences, including visits to a local catering college, where they explore vocational pathways, develop independence in unfamiliar settings and build confidence. Through structured support and purposeful learning, our pupils build learn at their own pace, preparing them for their next steps into adulthood.
